Job Description

This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. TechSavvy, is currently looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to join our team. As part of the Engineering Enablement group, this individual is responsible for leading a team of individuals chartered to deliver best-in-class tooling and platforms to enable hundreds of teams across the organization to be successful and productive. This individual will act in a servant leader role and be an agent of innovation while inspiring those around them. This individual also plays a role in consultation, coaching, and engineering practice leadership for internal customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
