Job Description

TechSavvy is currently looking for a Bi-lingual Client Service Representative to join our Client Experience Team. This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States. The schedule for this position is 10:30AM-7:00PM. As a Client Service Representative II, you handle inbound demands regarding account and service inquiries from our client base. You will work closely with all internal departments to identify and resolve client concerns. Ideal candidates should be dynamic and ambitious individuals excited to work with our clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
