Job Description

TechSavvy is currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist II to join our Digital Retail team. This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States. The Technical Support Specialist II, Digital Retailing serves as a primary point of contact for strategic customer escalations, partners, and team members providing technical, and general assistance to customers and internal stakeholders. Full ownership of issue resolution is required, including troubleshooting, resolving, escalating, or delegating of technical Digital Retailing issues. The Technical Support Specialist II handles VIP accounts and pilot programs with the utmost attention to detail, confidence. Due to the strategic nature of these partners, this role will provide high-touch, concierge-level service, and exceptional customer skills are required. The Technical Support Specialist II, Digital Retailing is expected to have an advanced level of knowledge regarding multiple Cox Automotive products. In this role it is crucial to maintain product expertise and technical skills in order to be a resource on best practices and functionality of the vast Digital Retailing landscape. You are a self-starter that embraces an ever changing and demanding work environment. You have a technology background and are seeking to grow your skills and knowledge base. You are curious and quick to learn, always looking for ways to improve. Strong interpersonal and communications skills will be necessary to succeed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
