Job Description

The Launch Consultant works on the Implementation Team and is responsible for the successful planning, set-up, and configuration of the software suite. A Launch Consultant must be a multi-tasker, who has excellent organization and time management skills and is a superb communicator. The Launch Consultant I is accountable for conducting set-ups and configuration of products. Responsible to assist the customer in selecting the appropriate settings/configurations/ form mapping to meet their needs and deliver high-impact educational content to clients to improve their understanding of the purchased products. Team members are responsible for being a reliable resource to the Launch Consultant team & a dependable team member to assist with the tasks of client on-boarding.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
