The Project Manager is a highly motivated, collaborative, results-oriented individual who drives the delivery of business solutions for Dealer Marketing Solutions, focused on the Dealer.com brand and our customers. The Project Manager successfully plans and executes client-facing software projects with a focus on large, organization-wide initiatives. Strong facilitation and communication skills, astute client relationship management, focus on managing changing priorities, organization, tenacity and dynamic team building skills describe the successful candidates for this position. The ideal candidate is a curious, strategic thinker who is highly experienced with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience in the automotive dealer and OEM space, or in specialty retail / sales and marketing, will help those candidates who already have a solid Project Management foundation in place. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
