Job Description

A Lead Software Test Engineer is responsible for a range of testing activities including designing and maintaining test frameworks, leading team members and training them on industry best practices, analyzing metrics, and finding gaps in process where automation can help. As the Lead STE you would be actively looking to improve existing frameworks, suites, and processes across TechSavvy. This may include areas such as Performance testing, Unit Testing, and Code reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following education, experience and skills:

• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
